    How do I order custom pipes?

    How long does customization take?
    • We process all orders on a first come first serve basis. Production time for custom chillums is 5-7 business days, and shipping time varies depending on location. 
    Can I edit my custom order?
    • We are unable to edit orders once they are placed.
    Why was my custom order canceled?
    • Pre-Packs reserves the right to cancel any orders that we believe may contain an image or text that is offensive or subject to copyright protection. Orders that are canceled will be refunded within 5-7 days.
    What file logos and images work best for custom orders?
    • For best results please submit well-lit, high contrast PNG or JPG  photos, designs, logos, etc.
    Do you have guidelines or restrictions around copyright images/ text or trademarks?
    • Pre-Packs respects the intellectual property rights of others and we ask that you do the same. By purchasing any custom product on the Site, you represent and warrant that your requested design does not violate anyone else’s rights, including copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, privacy or other rights. Pre-Packs may terminate the account of any customer who infringes, or may infringe, the copyright, trademark or other intellectual property rights of others.     Where does Pre-Packs ship?

    • Pre-Packs ships within the Continental USA. We also ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Australia, Austria, Brazil, Canada, Denmark, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, and the United Kingdom.
    When will my order be delivered?
    • Please allow 5-7 business days for processing and an additional 1–4 business days for your order to arrive based on your location and products ordered. Look for your tracking information via email when your order has been processed.

    What’s your return policy?
    • Although we strive for perfection, we understand that mistakes happen! If we make a mistake, we will review the issue and do our very best to remedy the situation. However, due to the customized nature of most of our products, Pre-Packs cannot accept returns for orders that pass our production quality standards. ***Once shipped, orders meeting Pre-Packs' satisfactory standard are NON RETURNABLE***. If there is an issue with your order, please reach out to our team within 48 hours of receipt at supprot@pre-packs.com. We will do our best to help you.
